We focus a lot on here about how to keep your body in shape – but that’s really only half the story. We spoke a few weeks ago about how to show off your body to its best advantage in this summer’s trends, and you know all about skin care – but a pretty dress and a nice face can be ruined if your hair is a shaggy mop with no style or shape.

If you’ve got wild hair, you can take some simple steps to improve matters. Firstly, regular brushing – whatever your style – will make it easier to manage and help you to avoid knots and tangles. Secondly, simple acts like tying your hair up in a pony can help you create a ‘frame’ for your face. Thirdly, it’s surprising how quickly time passes: if you haven’t had a haircut in the last couple of months, get yourself to a stylist and have them give you some advice about what kind of style will suit your hair.

A problem for many women (and a few men!) is what to do with curly hair. While there are many styles out there that suit curly hair, increasingly those of us blessed with ringlets and swirls are looking to get a slice of the straight hair look. Even African Americans like Beyonce are going straight in order to get the best styles.

The easiest way to go about this is to invest in some ghd hair straighteners. They cost around a hundred quid, but you’ll know where the money went. Professional stylists recommend them and having tried them out ourselves we think they’re one of the best hair products out there.

Don’t get distracted from the gym in the meantime – if you’ve got good hair it’s no guarantee you’ll look good in a bikini!

You might have a romantic night planned of wining and dining your loved one, showering her with gifts and a night of passion planned but have you thought about what to do if not all of it goes to plan? Many men suffer from erectile dysfunction and it can happen when you least expect it or when you least want it.

If you want your valentine’s day to go without a hitch have you thought about taking Viagra? Its effective and fast acting and it typically boosts blood flow within 30 minutes to several hours, which is great if you are worried about having a whole night of passion been cut short.

There are people do not want to use waxing to remove their hair, writing it off as too painful however it is much more effective than other forms of hair removal.

By waxing you remove the hair from the root which means it take longer to grow back compared to just shaving, normally anywhere between 3-8 weeks but it does depend on the individual. Also waxing is better for your skin than other forms as it does not cause cuts, pigmentation, or badly smelling skin which you can get with hair-removing creams and shaving. Wax used also does not contain any chemical and is a natural product not only good for your skin but the environment too.

Waxing can be used for removing hair from virtually any part of the body, most commonly for removing hair on the arms, legs, underarms and bikini line. Some people also use waxing to remove facial hair, including upper lips, lower lips, eyebrows and chin, and men in particular use it for the chest and back. The only areas where waxing should not be used are eyelashes and inside nose and ears.

You will find after having your legs waxed the hair that grows back is finer and softer and not as rough and hard like after shaving. Another benefit of waxing is after you have had repeated sessions you will find that the re growth is much sparser and may eventually stop, unlike shaving which stimulates hair growth, because it removes hair at the surface only, not at the root.

There are a couple of precautions to take when waxing London, its advised to avoid exposing yourself to direct sunlight for at least 24 hrs before waxing and 48hrs after especially sun beds, as well as not using fragranced creams and lotions and it’s also best not to take any hot baths as all of these can cause irritation.

You can choose to go to a waxing London specialist to have your legs waxed by a professional as well as mastering the technique yourself at home. Either way the pain you feel will last only a second, you will then forget about it when you feel how silky, smooth your skin is.
